Saturday, November 30th at the San Francisco Cow Palace

This joyous festival is an annual tradition that the Odd Fellows are delighted to join in with once again. You may see Scrooge being led about by a Christmas Spirit, or find Oliver Twist darting about. The various shops are full of interesting trinkets and more interesting people. There are several pubs and ale houses, multiple stages throughout, and a warm welcome to be had everywhere. You might even stumble across a mystery to be solved!

The Cupertino Odd Fellows are pleased to present this year’s Oktoberfest dinner along with a screening of the new film Join or Die, an exploration of America’s civic deterioration, and scientist Robert Putnam’s search for a way to restore it.

Doors open at 5:30, with food served at 6. The film screening will begin at 7:30.

What Brother Andrew Crockett of True Fellowship #52 wants for his birthday is for his community of friends, neighbors, and associates to come together and celebrate us all pitching in financially to complete the extraordinary womens civil war history documentary Reenactress!

His birthday fundraiser will take place at the San José Odd Fellows Community Center on Saturday, August 12th beginning at 3:00pm with a sneak preview of portions of the film followed by a Q&A with Director J.R. Hardman, who has been bringing this project to completion after 12 years of effort
