Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Cupertino IOOF Lodge #70 is having an initiatory degree event on Monday, August 31, 2026. You are cordially invited to send any of your Initiatory candidates to participate in this event. Your lodge members, volunteers, and sectors can also be included in the registration.
Registration Requirements
- There is a maximum limit of 10 candidates initiated per event. If we do not get at least 3 candidates registered before the deadline, the initiatory may be cancelled.
- The deadline to register is August 28, 2026 (the second Sunday before the event). You MUST register here so we know who to expect. We need to setup for the number of candidates, so walking need to be discouraged.
- The official letter, with you lodge seal, must be presented to the outside guardian on the night of the initiatory when the candidate checks in. It can be mailed to the address below with the addition of “Attention Degree Team” as long as it is received before the initiatory date.
- Candidates will be turned away if all the requirements are not met

- Date: Monday, August 31, 2026
- 6:00 pm: Lite Meal served.
- 6:30 pm: Members of the degree team should setup/get dressed
- 6:45 pm: Candidates should arrive and Meet the Outside Guardian at the table in the dining room for preparation.
- 7:00 pm: Lodge Meeting begins, followed by Ceremony
- Refreshments to be offered afterward in the dining hall
