The Cupertino 4th of July BBQ was quite a success. Over 40 members and guests made it. It was a great time to catch up with members in a social environment. Thanks to the prep team of Randee Chin, Stehpen Franke, Marvin Carter, Les Wong, Jordan Duval, Helen Bobias, Estelle Ramolete and chief BBQ’er Ron Myres. Everyone enjoyed bbq burgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, fresh corn on the cob, chili, watermelon and apple pie.
Most of our events throughout the year are fundraisers and require a lot of work. This event and our roll call dinner provide a time for us to spend more of our leisure time with each other. Our lodge is growing, and we are fortunate to have some great members. We look forward to adding more over time.
